Regular dental care is vital to longterm health. In addition to oral pain and gum disease, dental disease can cause liver, kidney and heart problems as well.
What to Expect After A Dental
After a routine dental, your pet can eat and drink normally. Daily brushing is recommended with a pet safe toothpaste. If your pet had extractions, we recommend soft food only - no hard food, treats, bones, toys etc. for 2 weeks. We will also send home pain medications to ensure your pet is comfortable during recovery.
