Jenna Magnuson, DVM

Dr. Jenna grew up in a small town in central Illinois and always knew she wanted to be a veterinarian. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Animal Sciences from the University of Illinois in 2009 and her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine also from the University of Illinois in 2014.

Following graduation, Dr. Jenna worked as an associate veterinarian for a couple different small animal general practice clinics and most recently worked for a non-profit high quality, high volume spay, neuter and wellness clinic. She missed the complex medical and surgical cases seen in general practice and decided to build Silver Creek Animal Hospital. Her hope for Silver Creek is to provide exceptional care while creating a hometown family atmosphere.

Dr. Jenna married her high school sweetheart, Jesse, and they share their home with two girls, Rachel & Jaclynn, and a dog, Rocket. When not at work, Dr. Jenna loves to go hiking or boating, dabbles in photography and cheering on her daughters at various activities.
